GATRsite (Graph ATtention neural networks were used to predict RNA-ligand‘s binding site), an efficient framework leveraging graph neural networks to predict RNA active sites. GATRsite treats RNA nucleotides as nodes and incorporates both sequence and structural features. Furthermore, it integrates embeddings from RNA language models. This is the first application of Graph Neural Networks and RNA language models in predicting RNA-small molecule binding sites.
